Daniela (Gastric Banding surgery)

I'm 23 years old and in January of 2007 I had a Gastric Banding surgery. Before the procedure, my weight was 93 kilos or 204 pounds. I felt that I had no energy and no desire to do any physical activity at all. I didn't feel attractive enough to relate with other people and my self esteem was very low. After trying all sorts of frustrating diets, that eventually never worked, I went to see a doctor to inquire about an operation as my last hope. To my surprise, the procedure was very short and easy. I had a Gastroplastic procedure done and I lost 13 kilos or 29 pounds in just one month. I followed an easy step by step program after the operation and now I weigh 60 kilos or 132 pounds. I've lost 40 kilos or 88 pounds since then !!
